Retrograde Imageworks

This image was produced for a feature on the website "Madonna's Secret Garden," to accompany a remix of the song 'Beautiful Stranger' which I also produced.

Tasks performed included: Removing a large hat from the original photograph and reconstructing hair hidden by the hat or obscured in shadows on the left side of Madonna's head; colorizing the photo; creating the psychedelic background; and hand lettering the text.
